Metro – 20 Oktober 2022, menjadi hari penutupan program PKW di lembaga kursus komputer ITech Course, program ini adalah pendidikan melalui kursus dan pelatihan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan, keterampilan dan menumbuhkan sikap mental wirausaha dalam mengelola potensi diri dan lingkungan, yang dapat dijadikan bekal kepada para peserta PKW untuk berwirausaha.
Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selam 3 bulan sejak bulan Agustus hingga Oktober, para peserta untuk mengenal kemasan makanan yang berbentuk pouch, kotak, dan masih banyak lagi mereka diminta untuk membuat desain makanan/ minuman/usaha UMKM yang ada di kota metro, banyak dari mereka yang belum bisa menggunakan alat komputer, namun seiring berjalanya waktu mereka sudah dapat belajar dengan cepat, dan dengan hasil yang memuaskan.
Selama 3 Bulan juga mereka tidak hanya diminta untuk mendesain sebuah produk kemasan namun mereka diminta untuk mencari UMKM yang berada di sekitar kota metro untuk membantu mendesain kemasan mereka, juga belajar untuk mencetak kemasan itu dan mengemas kemasan dengan produk UMKM.
Acara Penutupan Program PKW di lembaga kursus ITech Kota metro di hadiri oleh Wakil Walikota Kota Metro H. Qomaru Zaman, MA, ditemani juga oleh Bapak Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kota Metro Suwandi, S.IP.M.M Silfia Naharani Wahdi, Sp.KKLp, MM Ketua Dekranasda Kota Metro, dan Pimpinan LKP ITech Elda Susilowaty Tambara, S.Kom, M.Acc, acara ini juga di hadiri oleh para pelaku UMKM yang kemasan dibuat dan didesain oleh para peserta PKW di ITech.
Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sumber daya manusia kita memiliki potensi yang sangat baik dalam berkreasi dibuktikan dengan produk kemasan yang telah di desain, cetak, hingga menjadi sebuah produk yang memiliki efek tambah nilai jual jika dibandingkan dengan produk yang dikemas dengan plastik bening dan stiker yang hanya di tempel tentunya memiliki daya tarik yang berbeda.
